2026 Registration - Initial registration period 9/28/25  - 10/19/2025
Returning volunteers can pre-register by logging into their existing account on the portal.
PLEASE Read the following before beginning registration:   
You read it all, and now Ready to Register? 
WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
  1. Youth's Profile Picture: a recent photo/selfie, cropped square to only show face. (300px wide preferred). We recommend updating profile picture each year.
  2. 2026 Covenant and Release Form: Download form, print, sign and scan or use online service to digitally sign PDF. Upload signed document to support portal. (Photos of signed forms are not recommended.) 
  3. Health Insurance Card:  take two photos of your health insurance card, front and back. Some health providers show both sides of card if you login to online account. Crop the images to only show the card details. (500px wide)
  4. The last 6 digits of your social security number for CORI background check.
  5. For adults: a photo of your driver's license (front only). Crop the image to only show license, no background. (500px wide)
All items must be completed & uploaded to complete your registration!
  • Returning volunteer Registration - the portal will preload details from last year.  Youth should update their grade for the new school year.
  • Pre-registered volunteers - If you are a returning volunteer and pre-registered, complete your registration by uploading new covenant, profile picture and any new health info. 
  • New volunteer Registration - Welcome!  You'll use the links below to register on the secure Westborough ASP portal. Besides registration, you'll use the portal throughout the year to view all events, sign-up for fundraising, track fundraising totals, view polls and more. 
  • Parent Portal Account Setup -  In order for a PARENT to manage a youth's account or sign up as a parent helper for fundraisers, you need a parent portal account.  FIRST create the youth's account, making sure your email is entered for one of the contacts on the youth's registration. SECOND, click this link to register as a parent.​  Do not use this link if you are a volunteer going on the trip.

If you are trying to register multiple volunteers on the same computer, you will need to logout or right-click the registration link to open in a private/incognito window.

Submitting pictures / scans for registration 
  • Most phones take high definition pictures which create large image files.
  • We don't need high resolution images for profile picture or medical card.
Crop and resize images before uploading. 
  • Computer: Use a screen capture tool to grab part of the image or use a photo editing tool.
  • Phone: If cropped image is still too large then use an app to resize to smaller resolution. Most iPhones will let you select size of image to upload, select Small option.
Signing or scanning documents. 
  • You can digitally sign a registration form using a free service like smallpdf.com/sign-pdf.
  • If you do not have a printer/scanner then use a free phone app like Genius Scan or TurboScan.
